Snow

It has been a busy 2 days. Page loved the snow and didn't want to come indoors. I tried to get some nice photos of her but she would not stay long enough.

While Tom has been walking the other 5, I have been teaching Page to sit. She now knows she must be sitting before she has a treat. I don't know if the word sit really means anything to her yet.

Page is proving to be an amazing little puppy. She is so quick to learn. She is not afraid of anything. She loves her toys especially tennis balls. When she is awake I spend all my time watching her. She is crazy.

She loves the snow and is refusing to come in from the garden when called.

Yesterday we took Penn to be measured. We are hoping she wil be ready to compete at the TAG show at Easter. Page came too and made lots of new friends.

She has now developed a loud bark and is being coming very vocal.  She is very adventuous and is not afraid of anything. Last night she started to play with a tennis ball, she would roll it forward and then run and pounce on it. She also loves playing tuggie games.

Nothong is safe, she has pinched amongst other things scarfs, my purse and my camera. She is a real thinker and if there is something she wants you can see her working out how to get it.

She had her first vacination today, and was very brave at the vets  Polo came too to have blood tests done becuase we think she may be diabetic. We are now wating for the results.

Page

Page arrived yesterday. She has settled in really well. On the way home she screamed for the first few miles and then settled down and slept. She has made friends with the other dogs and is playing nicely with Penn. Pilot adores her and keeps sniffing her but is a little unsure about playing.
She loves her food and told Penn off when she came too close when she was having lunch.

Last night I put her in her cage and after protesting for a few minutes slept for the rest of the night.

Penn- Thyme to Gamble

Penn is eighteen months old and has yet to compete. She is a half sister to Panic. There father is Veronica Hill's Dyson- It's a gamble.

Penn could easily be called Little Miss Sunshine. She is a very happy dog but has a very stubborn streak,

She has just mastered the weaves and did them for the first time in training this week with out any wires.

She loves cuddles and loves having a fuss made of her.

Pilot -Thyme Flies

Pilot is a three year old Welsh Sheepdog and shares the same birthday as me. She would like to make it known that she is not a lurcher and she is a girl.

Pilot is a very distinct both in looks and character.

She could be easily known as can weave, won't weave. She is a bit of a comedy act in the ring and once did the dog walk 4 times. Luckily the judge had a sense of humour.

At shows she can often be seen hanging over the fence with Penn watching everything.

Panic -Thyme to Panic

Panic is a beautiful and very loving dog but has a hidden dark side. She is a very sneaky food thief. Once she pinched our sea bass. She has also stolen food from under the grill. I knew it was her by the shinged whiskers.

She is Tom's grade 6 agility dog. She had a very successful year in 2009 making it to the finals of the Adams Derby, Dogs in Need,, the Agility festival and Pedigree pairs. In the pairs she came second running with Mark Douglas and Ruby. She was in the Welsh team at the Agility Festival, Wales won the jumping and came thrid overall.

Panic lives for agility espeically the weaves. As soon as you go out the garden she is nagging you to train her weaves.

Panic is now five years old.
